Kimberly has a passion for using design and advertising to drive conversations in the world and solve problems. She hopes to continue working in the entertainment industry after great experiences in Paramount Pictures and MTV soon, hopefully! She loves researching different ways and media to reach audiences in the most impactful ways and creating branding systems. Her favorite part of the design process is getting to collaborate with others to create BIG THINGS! She loves big and fast-paced cities like Los Angeles and New York, but also daydreams of winding down on a beach in Puerto Rico.
Here are some samples of my work:
Bad Bunny X100PRE
Bad Bunny's X100PRE album design was inspired by his bold fashion sense, his hierarchy in the world's top charts, and his lyrics. Bad Bunny is a bust that is surrounded by a royal blue curtain and golden items, such as Adam and Eve's apple, gold bars, marriage rings, and King's chalice to represent his humble beginnings, his newfound fame, and his struggles with finding true love.
muse theory
Muse Theory is an interactive book that shows the design process for students and anyone who is just getting started with graphic design. The book educates on 6 design steps that range from Analyzing the Situation to Prototyping. The book teaches that the process is flexible depending on the project, person, and day - however, the designer feels most comfortable. It features a curated list of 12 designers, it shows how these designers used one of the steps to their advantage throughout their career.
Spring Textile Festival
The Spring Textile Festival branding spotlights the organic movement and the physicality of textiles and fabrics. These elements would honor textile-making and all artists that take pride in the craft. The colorful color palette is appealing enough to attract textile-lovers and those who are not textile-lovers yet.
